Here are 5 lunch recipes for you, all with the base of quinoa. These are entire recipes, from start to finish, but I want you to go the easier route. Make a batch of quinoa and you can get creative with the rest. These recipes are to serve more for inspiration than for following line by line. To show you that with just a couple of ready made ingredients on hand, you can build a delicious, customized lunch bowl, just for you, just the way you like it. In about 15 minutes.

Here are some helpful tips to have the best, most effortless lunch week. The bonus-if you need to take this on the go, it's very packable.
Make a batch of quinoa-typically, 2 cups of water to 1 cup of quinoa would give one person plenty for the week
Look in the pantry for easy add ins
