Jill is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Yoga Instructor. Her first 7- Day Detox lead her through a year- long transformation where she lost 30 lbs. In the process, she gained a new career path and way of living.
Jill holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, a Master’s Degree in Urban Policy and was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Honduras & Venezuela. Her style is relatable and her personality empathetic and genuine. You can usually find her cooking vegan desserts, soups and granola in her kitchen.
