Yes, you can do both! You can have a meal, maybe even a larger meal, and still move, digest and feel really good afterwards.
Because here's the thing- it is most ideal to walk for 10-20 minutes after a meal, whenever you can. But, with lots of meals, drinks & of course cookies these days, and maybe the colder weather keeping you in, here's another way to move.
And the best part?
No yoga pants
No yoga clothes
No yoga mat
You can even do it in jeans
