Have I been sugar coating it too much?
With the "easy to make" meals?
With the calming yoga poses?
Because there's a back story, a behind the scenes and an every day rhythm that takes time to get to.
So, here's the deal. I'll tell you what's really easy.
Being busy
Running the kids around
Eating on the go
Snacking
Coffee, coffee, coffee
The end of the day drink-reward
Complaining
Online shopping/in person shopping/grocery shopping (or is that one just me?)
And here's what's not.
Being still
Sitting for every meal you possibly can
Drinking a cup of tea instead of a glass of wine
Not snacking when you're not hungry
Planning meals
Cooking
Not eating out
Going to bed early
Working out consistently (but not like you're taking revenge on yourself)
Moderation, moderation, moderation
Making change is something you totally know exactly how to do-eat kale, yada, yada, yada. But there's some reason you haven't. And there's some reason you want to:
Get More Energy
Have Better Sleep
Lose Some weight
Learn how to eat in your 40s
Balance your Perimenopausal Hormones
Lots of love and tons of health (& kale),
Jill
