You guessed it, Monday.
It's not just a coincidence that I write to you on a Monday.
The weekend is behind you, you don't even want another....cookie, slice of pizza, glass of wine....fill in your blank.
It's a clean slate, a fresh start, and it actually feels good to start out with your early morning workout, your green smoothie, your balanced bowl of oatmeal.
But it can be even better.... if you start it on Sunday. Because what you do the day before, sets you up for the day after.
So, if you are reading this on Monday, think about the day before.
How you ate
How you drank
How you slept.
Could you make it a little better?
Self care on Sunday can be your whole day or just a piece of it.
Plan one thing that will set you up for the best Monday.
A game you play with your kids
Putting your phone away-far away
An earlier bedtime
A hot bath
