What's in the video?

We start with gentle movement before settling in to a restorative yoga pose, using your props. 15 Minutes Total


What's in the recipe?

You may have noticed the leaves are changing colors and the temps are cooling off. This is when you also shift towards warmer foods that are nourishing, satisfying and easy to digest. One day at a time, you can try a new recipe to ease you into this transition and give you some new inspiration.


Who is this challenge for?

If you feel fatigued in the afternoon, and automatically reach for a cup of coffee to "make it though the day", you are not alone.


And you are not a machine. It's normal to feel a dip in energy in the afternoon, to a certain extent, but you often drain yourself with your to do lists on top of Zoom calls on top of everyone's activities that you are managing.
