Truth be told, I don't have a Peloton bike. I have a Soul Cycle bike. But you probably have the Peloton (and I think you get the idea here).
I love to combine different types of exercise & movement to keep my body guessing and my mind interested.
So this is one of my favorite "workout cocktails"
30 minute cycle bike + 15 minute yoga
You can see a little in the background that I have a "rebounder" in my dining room (I mean, where else?), which is another great combo with the cycle bike.
And yes, even if you didn't get a chance to ride your bike today, you can still get up out of your seat and move to this flow.
