Life off the Yoga Mat

my deepest fear.....

Is not that I am inadequate. My deepest fear is that I am powerful beyond measure. It is my light, not my darkness that most frightens me. I ask myself, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who am I not to be?

This is one of my favorite quotes, it’s from Marianne Williamson. I wrote it in the first person and that makes it harder to say out loud, like it’s boastful. Give it a try and see how it feels.

What is your deepest fear?

What keeps you tossing and turning in bed at night?

What keeps toiling in your mind when you catch your mind wandering?

This sounds really deep for a Nutrition Health Coach/Yoga Teacher to talk about with you, right? But it actually has everything to do with your health, how you eat, how you sleep, your energy.

All the thoughts in your mind soak up your energy, soak up your willpower to make good decisions about what to do, even what to eat and drink through the day.

The actions you take through a day are little compared to your thoughts that are on a constant reel, never letting up.

There is power in saying them out loud, being able to translate what you say you want: “I want to lose weight” “I want to have more energy” into some of the reasons you are not doing it. And then turning it around.

Because you are brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous.

And I'd love to talk more about that with you. Click here to set up a time to talk, to explore what you want and what's holding you back from getting it.

Lots of Love & Tons of Health,

Jill
