i wish i was a little bit taller

I wish I was a baller...you get it....


We talk about fitting into our jeans, shedding weight, gaining energy, and just feeling better.

It happened to me when I started my journey to losing 30 lbs. It was after the first 5. I just felt lighter, I lost a layer, and I started to draw my shoulders back and stand a little taller.


How are you standing? How do you walk into a room?

And it all communicates to the world
