i'm never eating my kids halloween candy again

Yes, Halloween, did you forget about it? Between the election, the pandemic, homeschooling, it may get lost in all of it. I mean, did you even get your kids costumes yet? Are we even trick or treating?





I'm sure we'll find that all out soon, but I'm actually wondering more about what you're doing the day after? When the calendar turns and you wake up with that sugar hangover from the 2 week sugar high from picking at your kids candy. Or is that just me?


I have you covered. From November 1-5, I am running a free 5 day challenge to experiment going gluten free. One day at a time, just one meal a day, you swap for a gluten free meal. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack. And all the (delicious) recipes come with it, too.


I'll explain what gluten is, what foods it hides in and why going GF has become so trendy.


Because small changes can turn into big ones.


Let's start somewhere, how about November 1st?
