Yes, I'm talking about Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. It's edible, and I promise, it's good for you, too.
I have been teaching this recipe to kids as a healthy snack option, and when I end the zoom meeting demonstration, I dig my spoon in the bowl and eat it myself.
So I know it's not just for kids.
And I know you are probably snacking, too, maybe even a teensy bit more than usual.
So here you go, it's basically as healthy as hummus.....
Edible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
One Can Garbanzo Beans
1/2 cup Nut Butter (Peanut, Cashew, Almond, or a mix of any of your favorites)
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Chocolate Chips (as dark and clean as you can get, I like Hu or Enjoy Life)
*Blend all ingredients except chocolate chips in the food processor, then fold in chocolate chips.
And there is plenty more where that came from. As my client, you receive customized meal guides, making sure you are eating clean, whole foods....but you would never use those words to describe it....I hope.
In my client's words:
"It was the Meal Plans that really served as the building blocks for the change I wanted to see. After thoroughly reviewing my food preferences, Jill provided me with a comprehensive set of recipes that functioned more as habit-modifiers than a diet. The recipes were all delicious and easy to make, since she listened to my request to keep all prep and cooking times under an hour. They quickly became part of my family’s daily routine. I saw the results I had been looking for but was unable to achieve on my own. I lost weight, and I don’t just mean losing water weight which often comes with yo-yo dieting. I am talking about almost two jean sizes difference in my body. Plus, I continue to see the benefits months later." Jen M.
Lots of love and tons of health,
Jill
