But you're ready for it, you're looking for it, you even find yourself clicking on those emails.
Here's another take on the year ahead.....
Our days are getting longer now, right?
But when you look closely, at your weather app, sunset only changes by one minute per day.
It's slow and steady, but one day, you know it's going to happen, you're going to say, "wow, it gets dark so much later".
I know we're not there yet. I mean, it's January, and some changes still seem far away.
But what if you took this cue, this slow and steady? What small change would you make? What small step would you take?
One less glass of wine
One less cup of coffee
One more vegetable
One meatless day
One minute of closing your eyes
Because the small steps, the one minute at a time, these are the things that last.
